Poonamallee High Road is one of the busiest spots you can find, so there is always noise and movement outside. We are just a regular hotel trying to provide a place for people to stay when they are in Kilpauk. It isn't a fancy corporate operation; it's just us staff members doing the work every day. We spend a lot of time checking rooms, talking to guests at the front desk, and making sure the building is holding up okay.
