Bloomsoft Techonologies

Bloomsoft Techonologies is tucked away on Muragan Street at Plot No 8. This is over in Venkatesa Perumal Nagar, which is part of Valasaravakkam in Chennai. We’ve been in this spot for some time. It is a quiet street mostly, but things get busy during the day. We are a small team. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to figure out technical problems. It isn't a huge glass building like you see in the IT parks. It’s just a normal office on a normal street. Sometimes the neighbors come by or we see the kids playing outside. We chose this location because it was convenient for us. Inside, there are just enough desks for everyone and a small area for tea. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of our furniture is stuff we’ve had since we started. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Chennai heat can be a lot, so we keep the fans going. We don’t really have big meetings with fancy slides. Usually, we just talk across the room to get things sorted. If someone calls, we answer. If there is work, we do it. That is how things go here at Bloomsoft. It’s just a group of us doing tech work in a neighborhood we like. There are no corporate rules here, just people getting things done.
