Benson College Of Hotel Mgnt & Cullnary Arts is tucked away at New No 9, Sunny Towers. We are in Venkatapuram, specifically on Mounaswamy Mutt Cross Street in Ambattur. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you get here, it’s a decent spot. We have kitchens for the students to practice in, and you can usually smell whatever they are cooking from the hallway. It’s not always great, sometimes something burns, but that’s how you learn. The building, Sunny Towers, isn't brand new or anything, but it works for us. We have rooms for theory and then the practical areas where the real work happens. Ambattur is a busy industrial kind of area, so it feels very grounded here. We don't have any fancy uniforms for the staff, just regular clothes while the students wear their chef whites. It gets quite loud when the pans are clanking and everyone is trying to finish their dishes on time. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after ourselves. The street outside is narrow, so it can be a bit tricky if two cars are trying to pass each other. We’ve been at this location for a while now. It’s a straightforward place. We just focus on showing people how to handle a kitchen and manage a hotel properly. No big speeches or corporate talk, just actual work in the kitchen every day.
