Bat Hospitality Private Limited

Bat Hospitality Private Limited is based out of West Mambalam in Chennai. We are located on the second floor of a building on Padavattamman Koil 2nd Street. It’s a busy little area, typical for this part of the city. Being at No.6/1 means we are right in the thick of the local community. It isn't a massive corporate headquarters, just a regular office where we handle all our hospitality business. Most of the time, someone is here answering calls or checking on maintenance issues. Chennai weather can be tough, but the office stays busy regardless of the heat. We’ve been around for a bit and the neighbors in West Mambalam are used to seeing us coming and going. The street outside can get pretty narrow and crowded with bikes and people walking to the temple nearby. We handle a variety of tasks related to our properties from this small space. It’s mostly just making sure the guests are sorted and the rooms are ready. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. It is just a few of us making sure things run like they are supposed to. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day, especially when the phones start ringing all at once. We like being in this part of Tamil Nadu because it feels like home. It’s a practical setup that works for what we do every day. We just keep at it.
