Av Elecauto is located at No: 37A in Sivanandha Nagar, which is part of the Kolathur area. It’s a residential neighborhood that has grown into a bit of a hub for small businesses like ours. We are in a quiet street, which is nice because it isn't as hectic as the main roads nearby. Our workshop is right there on the ground level. We deal with electrical and auto-related stuff, so there is usually a car or two parked out front being worked on. It is a tight-knit place. Most of us have lived or worked in Kolathur for years. The space is a bit cluttered with wires, batteries, and tools, but we like it that way. It shows we are actually doing something. We don't have a receptionist; you usually just walk in and find one of us under a dashboard or testing a circuit. We take our time with the work because we want it done right the first time. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly tricky. The neighborhood kids often play cricket in the street nearby, and we have to watch out for the ball. It’s just a normal, local business. We know our customers by name, and they know us. We don't put on any acts. We just fix what needs fixing and try to keep our neighbors happy. That is the way we operate.
