Aventur Bio Chem Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plote No. 2 Second Main Road Ashoknandvanam. We spend most of our days here dealing with all sorts of bio and chemical supplies. It’s a busy environment and the office can get quite crowded with samples and paperwork scattered across the desks. We aren't really the type of place that cares about looking fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it gets the job done. Most of us who work here have been together for several years now. We know the rhythm of the street outside and when the traffic on Second Main Road is going to be at its worst. Usually, we start the morning with a quick check of what needs to go out and then we just get to it. There isn't a lot of standing around or formal meetings. We just talk across the room to each other. Ashoknandvanam is a decent area to work in, even if it gets a bit loud with the trucks. We’ve had some long days when a big shipment comes in late, and everyone just stays until it's sorted. It is a practical way of doing things. We don't have a glossy website or anything like that. We just do the work we know how to do. Sometimes we make mistakes with the filing, but we always fix them eventually.
