We are located at 3C in Phase III of the Thiruvika Industrial Estate in Guindy. It is a proper industrial area, so it is quite loud and dusty around here most of the time. Our building is a simple industrial unit where we handle plastic moulding. We have several machines that run for most of the day, and they can make the place pretty warm, especially during the summer months. It is a hands-on environment with plenty of raw materials and finished plastic parts sitting around in bins. We have been in Ekkatuthangal for a long time now. The guys on the floor have been doing this for years and they know the machines better than anyone. We don't have any fancy air-conditioned offices or anything like that; we spend most of our time out where the work is happening. It is a practical business. We get orders, we set up the moulds, and we run the production. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon getting greasy fixing it. That is just the way it goes. Guindy is a good place for this kind of work because there are so many other workshops nearby if we ever need a tool or a bit of help. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just make plastic components and try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can in an industrial estate. It is hard work but it is what we know.
