You can find us at No.12 Desikar Street in Vadapalani. It is a well-known part of Chennai, mostly because of the temples and all the film industry stuff that happens around here. We run Ars2 Hotels India Private Limited from this small office on the street. It is a bit tucked away, which we actually like because it is not as noisy as the main roads. We have been operating out of this spot for some time now. We are not a massive company with fancy buildings. We just have our desks and our computers and a lot of tea and coffee. Running a hotel business in India means there is always something happening. We deal with a lot of different people every single day. Some days are long, and some are even longer than that. We do not have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the hotels we manage are doing okay. The team here is small and we all know each other well. We handle the registrations, the taxes, and the daily operations right from this building in Vadapalani. It is a lot of coordination between us. Desikar Street is a good place to be based. It feels like home to us. We are just a group of people working in the hospitality sector, trying to do a decent job. We do not really go for the polished corporate look. We are just regular folks at the office.
