Neway Paints & Building Materials (India) Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Tower 9 in Skycity, specifically units Fl-40 and Fl-403. It's located on Ambattur Road No. 8, inside Millennium Town Phase 1 in Adayalampattu, Chennai. It's a large complex, and we’ve been here for a bit now. We handle a lot of different paints and materials people need for building projects. The office is often filled with color charts and samples of different textures. It’s not always the quietest place because we’re constantly moving supplies or talking to contractors about what they need for their current jobs. Chennai can get really hot, so being in the building helps a bit, but we’re still on our feet most of the day. We deal with a lot of people from around the Ambattur area and further out in the city. There is always some new construction going on nearby, so we see a lot of the same faces coming back for more supplies. We don’t really go in for the polished sales talk. We just tell people what we have in the warehouse and how long it’ll take to get it to them. Sometimes shipments are late and we have to explain that to customers, which isn't fun, but it’s just how things go in this business. We’re just a regular team trying to keep up with all the building work happening around Adayalampattu and Millennium Town, making sure the orders are mostly right.
