Our office is situated at No.86 - E/2 in the Ambattur Industrial Estate. If you know Chennai, you know how busy and dusty this part of town can get with all the factories and warehouses around. Ambattur Hotels Private Limited has been functioning from this spot for a while. We aren't right on the main highway, but we are close enough to hear the trucks. Working in an industrial area means our days start early and end quite late. Most of the people around here are workers or business owners, so it is a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We don't have a flashy lobby or marble floors. It is a functional space where we handle the management side of our hotel interests. Some days are just spent on the phone dealing with suppliers or checking on staff at different locations. Being in Thiruvallur district, we see a lot of changes in the local infrastructure, and we just try to keep up with it all. The building itself is quite plain, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We don't spend much on advertising or trying to look bigger than we are. It is just a local business run by local people who understand how things work in this part of Chennai. We focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized amidst all the industrial hustle and bustle. The industrial estate is a tough place to work sometimes, but it’s where the real action is.
