You can find us at No. 52/109 on Desiya Nagar II Street in New Washer Men Pet. It’s a busy part of Chennai, and we’ve been tucked away here for a while now. Even though the name Alajmi Engineering Consultant, Dubai, Uae is on our paperwork, this Chennai office is where the actual day-to-day happens for us. The street can be quite narrow, and parking is always a bit of a gamble, but we make it work. It’s a lived-in space with plenty of papers and drawings scattered around the tables. We aren't big on fancy office furniture or matching chairs. Most of the folks working here have lived in this city their whole lives, so we know the local pace. The fan usually hums in the background while we go through the engineering files. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through the street. People from the neighborhood know us, and we occasionally have neighbors stop by just to say hello. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. It’s just an honest workspace where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the filing system is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular local spot where we put in our hours and go home.
