We are located over in Mannady at 8/24 Hazarath Street. This is a very specific kind of business because we mostly focus on Hajj and Umrah services. People in the neighborhood know us as Al Falah. It’s a small place, but we handle a lot of the details that go into these important trips. Planning a pilgrimage is a big deal for families, so they come to us to make sure the paperwork and travel stuff is handled right. We stay busy with the local community here in Parrys. It’s not just about booking a flight; there’s a lot of waiting and checking on things. We’ve been operating from this street for some time. The office is plain and simple. We don't see the point in fancy decorations when the work is what matters. People walk in, sit down, and we go over the dates and the requirements together. It can be a lot of back and forth with documents, but we are used to it. The area around Hazarath Street is always lively. We like being tucked away here where people can find us easily. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it day by day. We aren't a big travel agency that does everything. We just do this one thing and try to do it properly for the folks who trust us with their plans. It’s a quiet way of working but it keeps us very involved with our neighbors.
