You can find us at No. 18 on Brindavan Street. Some people still use the old number, which was 57. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easier for loading and unloading. West Mambalam is a very old and crowded part of the city, so things are pretty tight around here. Aj Food Products is basically a small operation. We don’t have a big factory or anything like that. It’s just a ground-floor space where we handle everything. Brindavan Street is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just equipment and boxes. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us working right there. We focus on making our food products the way we always have. It’s a lot of routine work, but it keeps us busy. We aren’t interested in being a huge corporation. We just want to keep the business running and stay in this neighborhood. Most of our customers are locals or shops nearby. It’s a very local feel here. We know the milkman and the street vendors. It’s just a normal, everyday business in a busy part of West Mambalam. We don't use any fancy advertising. People just know we are here on the ground floor. It works for us and we just keep at it. It is a simple way to spend the day.
