Aig Systems Solutions is located on Raju Street in West Mambalam. We've been in this part of Chennai for a good bit now, right at house number 41/22. Even though the name sounds a bit formal because of the Pvt. Ltd. part, we’re just a regular group of people working on system stuff. We deal with technical problems that local businesses or individuals run into during their day. Our office isn't a high-rise glass tower in a tech park. It’s a practical space where we can actually get work done. Computers, cables, and various parts are usually scattered around the tables. It’s not always the tidiest place but we know where every tool is kept. Chennai can be a tough place to run a business with the heavy rains and the constant heat, but we manage to stay open. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just answer the phone and try to fix the issues people bring to our door. Sometimes the solutions are easy and sometimes they take us all night to figure out. We don't really mind either way as long as the job gets finished. People in West Mambalam know us as the folks who can help when their systems start acting up. We try to be straightforward about what we can do and what it will cost.
