Acrastyle Power India Limited

Our place is located in the Maraimalai Nagar Industrial Estate, right at No. Nh3 29/3-4. Being in an industrial area means there’s always a lot of activity around us. We’re Acrastyle Power India Limited, and we work on things related to the power sector. It’s mostly hands-on work here. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We have various bits of machinery and parts scattered around depending on what we’re working on that week. It’s not a quiet office environment; there’s usually some humming or clanking in the background. We’ve been at this for some time now. Some of the guys have been here since the start and know the equipment inside out. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People in the industry usually know where to find us. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of the country, so the fans are always going. Sometimes shipments arrive late or the electricity acts up, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the work that comes our way. Our address isn't hard to find if you know the estate well. We mostly focus on making sure the power components we handle are put together properly. It’s tedious work, but it needs to be done. We usually have lunch together in the break area and talk about whatever's going on in the neighborhood. It keeps us grounded and connected to the local area.
