Our shop is right on Police Commissioner’s Office Road in Egmore. It’s an old part of Chennai with a lot of character. We are at New No. 27-1, which used to be No. 22-A back in the day. Working in the air conditioning business in a city as hot as this one means we stay very busy, especially in the summer months. It’s not just about selling units; it’s about fixing them when they break down in the middle of a heatwave. We’ve seen all kinds of AC problems over the years. Our crew is usually out on their bikes, moving from one part of the city to another with their toolkits. The office is where we coordinate everything and keep the spare parts. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just focus on getting to the customer as fast as we can. It’s a lot of hard work and sweating, but someone has to do it. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us for years because they know we don't try to cheat them. We're just a local business trying to make a living and keep people cool. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the repairs correctly. That’s how we’ve always operated and it seems to work fine for us and our customers here in Chennai. It’s been our home for a long time.
