Vbcomputers is situated at No. 72, Anna Salai, right there on the Nh1 in Maraimalai Nagar. Being on a major road like that means there’s always noise from the trucks and buses passing by. It’s a busy spot. Inside the shop, it’s a different world, mostly focused on screens and towers. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while, and the shelves are pretty packed with everything from mouse pads to spare power supplies. It isn't a fancy showroom with glass cases. It’s more of a practical workspace where we spend our time diagnosing hardware issues or putting together new systems. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we’re always wiping things down with old cloths. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. We take things as they come. If a customer walks in with a broken screen, we look at it. If someone needs a new setup for their home office, we help them pick something out. There isn't any script we follow. We just talk to people like normal and try to get their tech back in working order. It can be long hours, especially when a repair takes longer than expected, but that’s the nature of the work on Anna Salai. We just keep the door open and stay until the last job of the day is done.
