Luftech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based at 48 Kasi Industrial Estate on V.O.C. Street in Kaikankuppam. It’s a bit of an older industrial area, which we like. The building is solid and gives us enough room for our equipment and parts. We do a lot of work with systems that involve air or technical setups, so the workshop is often full of pipes, valves, and tools. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit greasy. We spend our mornings going over the project designs and the afternoons actually putting things together. V.O.C. Street can be a bit of a squeeze for larger vehicles, but we manage. We aren't a massive corporation with thousands of employees. It's just a dedicated group of us who know how to build things. We don't bother with a lot of decorative stuff in the office. If a chair works, we keep it. Our focus is really on the technical side of the business. Sometimes we stay late when a project is nearly finished and we just want to see it done. It’s a regular job for us, and we take some pride in seeing the finished systems leave the gate. It's just how we operate here in the estate. We’ve been here long enough that the walls show a bit of wear, but it's home.
