Our office is at Plot 3, F1 in the Balaram Sri Vrutchalaya Apartments. It’s on Maruthi Nagar 1st Main Road. Rajakipakkam is a bit away from the city center, so it’s quieter here than in the middle of Chennai. Mindforce Technology Private Limited is basically just a flat that we turned into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a traditional office. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea. The living room is where most of the desks are. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a big sign outside. You just look for the apartment number. The security guard at the gate knows us by now. We’ve been here for a while. It’s a 600073 zip code area. We like it because we don't have to deal with the heavy traffic of the main city every morning. It’s mostly residential around us. You can hear kids playing in the evenings when we wrap up. We do tech work. It’s mostly just us on our laptops. We don’t have fancy meetings or big presentations. If we need to talk, we just sit around the dining table. It works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay productive without making a big fuss about things. It's a very simple way to run a business.
