Makdy Techcorp Private Limited is out in Kanchipattinamkarai Village at No 164, Color Homes. It is a bit of a different vibe being in a village setting compared to a city office. The air is a bit clearer and it is generally much quieter, which helps when we need to concentrate. We have a regular house-style office here. We’ve got our servers and our workstations set up in the main rooms. Sometimes the neighbors’ cows wander past, which is something you don’t see in the city. We are a small group and we’ve known each other for a long time. There isn't any hierarchy here; we all just do what needs to be done. If the roof leaks a bit during the monsoon, we just move the desks. It is very informal. We drink a lot of coffee while we work on our projects. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes since we are tucked away, but we make it work. Most of us live nearby, so there is no long commute to worry about. We just show up, open the doors, and start typing. It is a honest way to earn a living doing technical work. We don't have any flashy signs out front. Just a small plate with the name on it.
