Apn Group

Apn Group is a small outfit located on Pillaiyar Kovil East Street in Karunguzhi. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a local office in a quiet part of town where we handle land deals and some small-scale building work. Most of the people who come to see us are neighbors or people from the surrounding villages. We spend a lot of time out in the fields, checking boundaries and talking to people about their property. It’s a slow pace of life here, and we like it that way. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of sales people. It’s just a couple of us who know the area well. We deal with the usual local problems like land records being out of date or waiting for the right season to start digging. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through our door. Since it’s a small community, your reputation is all you really have. We just do the work, make sure the papers are signed correctly, and try to keep things moving. Some days we just sit on the porch and talk to whoever passes by. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us for a long time. We aren't looking for anything more than that. We show up every day and do our bit for the community here, one plot at a time.
