Ashwadeep Agro Producer Company Limited

Our company is set up in Chandrapur, right opposite the S T Workshop in Chattrapati Nagar. We operate out of Bhaurao Domaji Wandhare’s place. It’s a local operation, very much tied to the community here. We are a producer company, so our focus is on the agricultural work happening in the surrounding fields. Chandrapur can get incredibly hot, so we usually start our work very early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We aren't a big corporate entity. It’s just a group of us trying to coordinate the farming activities and making sure everyone has what they need for the season. The office is small and practical, filled with ledgers and notes about the current harvest. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just talk about what needs to be done today. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade to discuss the business. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. We know our neighbors and we know the land. Being near the S T Workshop makes it easy for people to find us when they come into town. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who care about the local farming. It’s honest, hard work and we don’t pretend it’s anything else. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs day after day.
