Our office is located right on the Ambala Chandigarh Road, specifically at SCO No. 6 and 7 on the first floor in Silver City. It is a pretty easy place to find if you are driving by, though parking can be a bit of a mess during the busy hours. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while, mostly helping folks who are looking for a house or maybe a bit of commercial space in this part of town. The office isn't anything to look at, just some basic furniture and a lot of paperwork piled up. We grew up around here, so we know the local roads and which neighborhoods are getting too noisy lately. Dealing with property can be a real headache for people, so we just try to handle the hard parts without making a big deal out of it. Sometimes we sit here and have tea while waiting for clients to show up for a viewing. The main road is always loud with trucks and cars, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have a big corporate team or a fancy website. It’s just us, some local residents who understand how the market works here. We try to be useful and tell people the truth about what they are buying or renting. If a plot has issues with the boundary, we’ll say so. It’s just how we like to run things.
