Ak Properties

We run Ak Properties right here between Sector 17 and Sector 9. Our address is 42 Sector 17, so we are easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We mostly focus on these two sectors because we live and work here, and we know every corner and park around. It’s a quiet enough area but there’s always someone looking to move in or move out. We handle the basic stuff like finding tenants for empty houses or helping people buy their first place in the sector. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular space where we keep our files and meet people for a chat. We spend a lot of time walking around the blocks, checking on properties and talking to the security guards or neighbors to see what's happening. If there’s a leak in a house we manage or a problem with the keys, we’re the ones who go over to fix it or find someone who can. It’s practical work. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people get settled. Most of our clients are just regular folks from the area who heard about us from a friend. We like keeping it local and simple.
