Active Real Estate

You can find us over at 98 Sector 44 in Gandhinagar. Active Real Estate is a small operation we run from this address. We also do a lot of work over in Sector 21, so we are often moving between the two. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a computer that sometimes acts up. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people who want to buy or rent something in Gandhinagar. This city has a lot of sectors and it can be confusing, but we have been here long enough to know where everything is. It is a quiet kind of work most of the time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and our phones. Sometimes we are out on the road showing houses and sometimes we are stuck inside doing the boring paperwork. We try to be as clear as we can with people about what is available. The neighborhood around Sector 44 is pretty decent and we like being based here. It feels like a community. We have seen families grow and move into bigger places over the years. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s not a fancy life, but it is steady. If you are in the sector, you might see us walking around or checking out a new construction site nearby.
