S G A Real Estates

We are located at Sector 30 Sco 361. It’s just a normal office space where we do our daily work for S G A Real Estates. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep if you aren’t used to them, but it’s fine. Most days, we get here around nine and start sorting through the paperwork. There’s a small tea stall just down the road that we visit way too often. Sector 30 is usually busy during the mid-morning hours, so parking near Sco 361 can be a bit of a gamble sometimes. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. It isn’t the fanciest place in town, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time talking about properties and looking at maps of the local area. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage. People stop by to ask about plots or just to say hello if they’re in the neighborhood. We don’t have any big corporate signs or anything, just the name on the door. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things organized. The windows look out onto the main road, so there is always something to watch if the work gets a bit slow. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the area pretty well. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for the team here.
