Zinga Trip

Zinga Trip is located at Scf No-5 on the ground floor in Sector 27. We are right near Ram Gadhiya Bhawan, which makes us pretty easy to find if you're in that part of Chandigarh. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get work done. We handle a lot of different travel requests every day. Some days it’s mostly just answering emails, and other days we have people coming in one after another. It can get a little noisy in here when the fans are running and everyone is talking on the phone. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell you what's available and what the prices are looking like. Travel planning takes up a lot of time, so that's what we focus on. We've been in this Sector 27 spot for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It’s quiet enough but still has plenty going on. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. It’s just us here, making sure bookings are confirmed and tickets are sent out on time. Sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork because things can get backed up. We try to be honest about what's possible for a trip. If a hotel looks bad, we usually say something. That’s just how we do things at Zinga Trip. We try to stay organized. It’s a lot of small details but we handle them one by one. We just keep plugging away.
