Himalayan Gateway- Destination Management

You can find us at Himalayan Gateway on the first floor of SCO-136 in Sector-24/D. It is a quiet enough office, mostly filled with maps and travel brochures spread out over the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, trying to figure out routes and bookings for people heading up into the mountains. It is not a large team, just a few of us who know the northern roads pretty well. The office gets a lot of sunlight in the morning, which is quite nice for us. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and printed tickets, but we manage to keep it together. We do not have any fancy corporate stuff here. It is just an office where we help people plan their trips. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk about places we have visited ourselves. Other days, the phones do not stop ringing and it is a bit of a scramble to get everything sorted by the end of the day. People walk up the stairs and just pop in to ask about the weather conditions or bus timings. We try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. Sector 24 is a decent area to work in; it has got a bit of everything nearby. We have been here for a bit now, and we like the routine. It is a practical business, really. We just focus on getting the details right for the journeys people want to take.
