Softline Holidays

We are located on the first floor of Sco-840 in Nac Manimajra. Softline Holidays is where we spend our time putting together trips for people who want to get away for a bit. It’s not a huge, flashy agency; it’s just a comfortable office where we have a few computers and a lot of travel brochures piled up. Most days, we’re busy looking up flight prices or calling hotels to see if they have any rooms left. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we like the energy. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people; we just tell them what’s available and what might work for their budget. Sometimes a booking goes wrong or a flight gets canceled, and then we have to scramble to fix it, which can be stressful. But we’ve been doing this for a while, so we know how to handle the bumps in the road. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the world, just a reliable place where people in Manimajra can come and talk to a real person about their holiday plans. We have a small team, and we all take turns making the tea and answering the door. It’s a straightforward business, and we just enjoy helping people figure out their next trip without them having to spend all day staring at a screen themselves.
