Our place is at 516 in Sector 20, right in the Lokhandwala area of Andheri. It gets very busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is out and about. Being on this side of town means there is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. The office itself is tucked away and we try to keep it tidy, though files always seem to pile up on the corners of the table. Yadhvinder Singh spends most of the day here dealing with the usual paperwork and phone calls that come through. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run okay. The air conditioner is old and makes a humming sound, but it keeps the Mumbai heat away mostly. Lunch usually comes from a nearby tiffin service or one of the small shops downstairs. It is not a flashy setup with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical room where we do our business. Sometimes people get confused by the lane numbers, so we often find ourselves giving directions over the phone. We stay here until late most nights because the work doesn't really stop, and the traffic is better if you wait a bit. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle what needs doing without making a big fuss about it for the neighborhood.
