Punjab Law Agency

Punjab Law Agency is located at 2 Sector 44, right in the Sector 44 area near the Chandigarh G P O. We deal with a lot of books and legal papers, so the office always smells a bit like old ink and dust. It’s not a flashy place with marble floors or anything like that. Instead, we have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, packed with volumes that have been sitting there for years. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We’ve been in this part of town for a good stretch of time. People come in looking for specific codes or old records, and we do our best to find them in the stacks. It’s slow work sometimes, but you can’t rush it. There’s only a couple of us working here. We don’t have a website with bells and whistles; we just have a phone that rings more than it should and a front door that squeaks. The G P O being nearby helps with all the shipping we do. It’s a lot of manual work, packing boxes and labeling things by hand. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency out there. We just want to keep the shelves stocked and help the folks who walk through the door. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, surrounded by law and paper. We just keep things running as best as we can without too much trouble.
