Rattan Singh Longia

I’m Rattan Singh Longia and I run my business from 3176 Sector 44. I’ve lived in Chandigarh for a long time and this has been my base for quite a while now. My setup is simple. I use a part of the building for my work and the rest is just where I live and spend my time. It’s a busy house usually. People are always coming and going. I don’t believe in having a fancy receptionist or a big waiting room. If you need me, you just come to the door at 3176 and knock. I take care of the work myself. Sometimes my family helps out with small things if I get overwhelmed with a big project. Sector 44 is a good place to be. It’s got a nice mix of homes and small shops. I know the neighbors and they know what I do. I try to keep things organized but with the amount of paper I deal with, it’s a constant battle. My desk is usually covered in folders and notes to myself. I find that I do my best work in the afternoon after the midday heat has settled down a bit. I don't use any complicated systems. Just a pen, a notebook, and my own experience. It’s been working for me all these years so I don’t see any reason to change it now. It is a slow and steady way to live and work.
