Xact Solution Tour & Travel

Our office is located at Sco-1791 in Sector 45, which is a busy part of Chandigarh. If you know where Dev Samaj College is in Sec-45D, you are basically right there. Xact Solution Tour & Travel has been running from this spot for a bit. It gets pretty crowded during the day because of the college students and the shops nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to drivers or checking on train tickets. It’s a lot of coordination. There isn't much to say about the decor; it’s just chairs and a couple of computers. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People stop by to ask about bus timings or how to get to the hills for a weekend. We try to give them straight answers without making it sound like a sales pitch. It’s just a travel desk really. Sector 45 has a lot of energy, and we are right in the middle of it. We see a lot of different people every day. Some are just looking for a quick ride, others want to plan a whole trip for their family. We just write everything down and see what can be done. It’s a lot of paperwork. Dealing with travel can be messy with all the cancellations and changes, but that is just part of the job. We keep the doors open and do what needs to be done. We have been at this location long enough to know all the local tea vendors.
