Walia Tour And Travels

We are located over in Village Dariya, right across from the Chandigarh Railway Station. Our house number is 1/2. It’s a very handy spot if you’re coming off a train and need a car or a plan for your trip. Being near the State Bank of Patiala helps people find us easier. This area is always moving because of the station right there. We’ve been operating out of here for a good bit of time. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local setup where we handle tours and transport. We see all kinds of people, some looking for short rides and others wanting to go up into the hills for a week. The traffic around the railway station can be a bit much in the mornings and evenings, but that’s just part of living in Dariya. We usually have a few drivers around and someone in the office to answer the phone. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so it’s pretty casual. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. People just walk in, we talk about where they want to go, and we see what we can do. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the tea gets cold because we’re busy talking to a customer, but we get things done eventually. It’s a simple life running a travel business here. We just try to make sure the cars are ready and the drivers know where they are going every single day.
