Viveks Physics Classes

You’ll find us on the first floor of SCO-135 in Sector 24. We only focus on physics here, which keeps things pretty specific. The walls are usually covered in diagrams and long equations that might look like a mess to anyone else, but they mean something to the students who come here. It’s just one of those places where you come to wrap your head around things like gravity and electricity. Being on the first floor, we’re a bit removed from the noise of the street, which helps when you’re trying to solve a complicated problem. The rooms aren't huge, but there’s enough space for everyone to have a seat and a place to write. We get a lot of students who are worried about their upcoming exams or just can’t seem to get the hang of certain topics in their regular school. We spend our afternoons and evenings going over the same laws of physics until they start to make sense. It’s not a glamorous job, and the office is mostly just stacks of paper and chalk dust. We keep things very informal and just talk through the science in plain English. Most of the kids who come here are just trying to get through their syllabus without pulling their hair out. We just show up every day, grab a marker, and start drawing out more diagrams on the board for whoever is sitting in the front row.
