Maya Academy

Maya Academy is located in Chandigarh, right in the AOT Complex in Sector 48-A. We are at number 357, and if you walk by, you will usually hear the sound of keyboards or people talking through a lesson. It is a straightforward learning space. We have rows of computers and whiteboards that are always covered in notes and diagrams. Sector 48-A is a decent area, and being in the complex means there is usually some activity nearby. We aren't a big university with a massive campus; we are just a local spot where people come to pick up some new skills. The chairs are functional, the lighting is bright, and we try to keep the coffee pot full for the long afternoons. Most of us here have been doing this for a while, so we know the struggles students face when they are trying to learn something complicated. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just sit down, open up the software or the books, and get to work. The walls have a few posters, but mostly it is just a place for studying. Sometimes the students stay late to finish up their projects, and we are usually there right alongside them. It is a simple setup, but it works for what we do. We like the quiet atmosphere of Chandigarh and how it helps everyone focus on what they are learning without too many distractions or interruptions.
