Career Mantra

You can find Career Mantra over at 1047 Sector 19-B in Chandigarh. We’ve been set up here for a while, helping people figure out what they want to do with their lives. Chandigarh is a nice place for this kind of work because people here really care about education and getting a good job. We aren't a big agency with lots of branches. It’s just us in our office, talking to students and parents who are trying to make big decisions. We listen to what they're looking for and try to give them some practical options. The office is pretty cozy, with some posters on the walls and a few stacks of brochures that we probably need to organize. We don't try to sell anyone on a dream that isn't real. We just look at the facts and what the market is doing. Sometimes we have a lot of people waiting in the morning, and other times it's quiet enough to catch up on paperwork. The parks in Sector 19-B are nice for a walk when we need to clear our heads. Our office has a few old wooden chairs that have been around since we started. They aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. We don't spend much on new furniture or fancy gadgets. We’d rather spend our time talking to the people who come to see us. Every person is different, so we just talk to them like neighbors. We’ve seen the job market go up and down over the years.
