We are located over in Sector 7, specifically in the 7C part near the inner market. If you know the area, you know the inner market is where everyone goes for their daily things. Our place is at number 20. It's a small office, nothing too flashy or modern. We’ve been working out of this same spot for quite some time now. Dealing with real estate in this sector means we see the same faces almost every day. People drop by after doing their vegetable shopping to ask about property prices or if any new floors are coming up for rent. We aren't a big corporation with different departments. It’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to owners. Sometimes the market area gets really noisy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out, but we like the energy. We focus on what’s happening right here in Sector 7. Most of our work comes from simple word of mouth. Someone’s cousin needs a place, or a neighbor is moving away to another city. We keep a list of what's open. We don't use fancy words or flowery language to describe the houses. We just tell you how many rooms there are and if the light is good. It’s honest, local work. The inner market keeps us busy because there’s always someone looking for a change. If you’re walking around 7C, you can just pop in for a bit. We usually keep the door open.
