Vishal Property Consultant

Vishal Property Consultant is over at Sco-4 in Sector-34A. We are on the first floor of the building. Being in an SCO means we are right in the middle of all the commercial action in this part of town. There are shops below us and other offices on either side. You can hear the sounds of the market all day long, from the delivery trucks unloading to people shouting greetings to each other. Our office is a bit long and narrow. We’ve got a row of desks along one wall and some filing cabinets tucked into the corners. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where people walk the most, but it’s comfortable enough for a long day. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small pantry area near the back. The light in here is mostly from the overhead tubes, though we get some sunlight through the front windows in the early morning. Working in Sector-34A is convenient because everything we need is just a short walk away. We spend a lot of time organizing files and checking the local listings we keep on the computer. It’s a lot of sitting and waiting for things to move forward. The door has a bit of a squeak when you open it, which lets us know when someone is coming in. We don't bother fixing it because it’s kind of helpful. It’s a plain, working office where we keep things moving along.
