Videocon Mobile Services

Videocon Mobile Services is based in Mohali J Block, right in the MIDC 71 area. Since we are in an industrial zone, the surroundings are mostly factories and warehouses. It’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where we do our work every day. Our office is a simple service point where people bring in their devices when they have problems. We spend a lot of time filling out forms and checking serial numbers. The area around J Block is always full of trucks and the sounds of heavy machinery, so it can be quite noisy. We’ve been at this address for several years now. Inside, the shop is plain with just a few counters and some chairs for people to wait. We don't have any decorations on the walls, just the basic stuff we need for the job. It gets quite dusty because of all the construction and industrial activity nearby. Most of the people who come to us are workers from the other units in MIDC 71. We try to be quick with the repairs, but sometimes the parts take a while to arrive. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the technical side of things. It’s a very practical business in a very practical part of Mohali. We just keep things moving and do what we can.
