Juneja Communication

Juneja Communication is a small shop located at number 42 in Sector 29 D. We mostly deal with mobile phones and everything that goes along with them. If you walk in, you’ll see glass counters filled with different handsets and racks of colorful phone covers on the walls. We spend a lot of our time helping people with their recharges or explaining how a certain plan works. A big part of what we do is fixing screens and replacing batteries that don't hold a charge anymore. It's delicate work, using tiny screwdrivers and tweezers under a bright lamp. It can get pretty loud in here when a few customers are all talking at once, but we try to take care of everyone in the order they came in. We’ve become a bit of a hangout spot for some of the locals who just want to ask a quick question about their data or why their phone is acting slow. We don't have a big corporate team; it's just us at the counter trying to keep things running smoothly. We’ve been in Sector 29 for a while, and we’ve seen the technology change so much over the years. We just keep doing what we do, one repair at a time, making sure people can stay connected and their devices are working okay for them.
