R S Communication

Our shop is tucked away in Sector 32D, at number 333. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the other sectors. We deal with all sorts of communication gadgets and services. Mostly, it's people from the neighborhood dropping by because they have an issue with their landline or they need a new mobile connection. The shop isn't very big, and we have boxes of stock sitting in the corners. Sometimes I trip over them if I’m not careful. We’ve got a display case that’s a bit dusty, but it shows off the latest handsets we have in. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth seems to work okay for us. People know they can come here and get an honest answer about what's wrong with their device. The lighting inside is a bit dim because one of the tubes burnt out last week and I haven't climbed the ladder to change it yet. We spend a lot of time on the phone with service providers trying to get things activated for customers. It can be a bit tedious, but that’s the business we chose. On rainy days, the shop gets a bit damp-smelling, but we just open the back door to let the air move. It's a basic setup. We have a small desk where we do all the paperwork by hand mostly. It’s just us, working through the day and helping out whoever walks in. We try to keep things simple and honest.
