Hotspot

Hotspot is located over in Mohali 81. It’s a part of the city that’s seeing more people lately. We’ve been here for a while, just doing our thing. The shop isn’t very big, but it’s ours. We get a mix of people coming through the door. Some are just passing by, others live just around the corner and stop in every few days. We try to keep the place decent and tidy, though it’s hard when things get busy. Mohali 81 has its own feel to it, and we like being tucked away here. We aren't part of some big chain or anything. It’s just a local business where we know the names of the people who walk in. The day-to-day is pretty much what you’d expect. We unlock the door, get things ready, and see who the day brings. Sometimes we have a lot to do, other times it’s quiet enough to have a cup of tea and watch the street. We don’t go in for big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to us. It’s a practical way to run a shop. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to be helpful to whoever stops by Mohali 81. We don't really have a big staff, so if we're busy, you might have to wait a minute. Most people don't mind, they just chat while they wait. It’s that kind of neighborhood where no one is in a massive rush. We're just here doing our job.
