Vertical Studies

Vertical Studies is located on the top floor of SCO 371 in Sector 44 D, Chandigarh. We are right near the Uco Bank, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find the building. Being on the top floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding sector, which is nice when we take a minute to look out the window. The walk up can be a bit much if you’re not used to it, but the space is quiet and away from the foot traffic on the ground floor. We’ve set up the rooms with the basic stuff we need for teaching. It’s mostly just rows of desks and some cupboards for our teaching materials. We didn't spend much on interior design because it’s not really necessary for what we do. The lighting is bright, and the rooms are usually full of the sound of someone lecturing or students asking questions. Sector 44 is a busy part of Chandigarh, so there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. We’ve been working out of this top-floor space for a while now. It’s become a bit like a second home to those of us who work here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up every day, open the doors, and get to work with the students who have enrolled with us, keeping things honest and simple.
