Verma Properties

Verma Properties is based at 2069 Sector 47. We are right on Zaver Road. It is a decent spot and we have been here for a long time now. The office is basically just a room where we keep all our documents and meet with people who are looking to buy or sell something in the area. Sector 47 has changed quite a bit since we first started, but Zaver Road still feels like the same old place to us. We don't spend much money on decorating or trying to look like a big company. It is more about having a quiet place to sit down and go over the details of a deal. There is usually a dusty fan spinning overhead and a few old calendars on the wall. We know most of the neighbors and the other shopkeepers around here. It is a friendly atmosphere and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent on the phone or walking around looking at different properties nearby. We don't use any complicated talk or fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people what we know about the houses and shops in this part of town. It is a simple way of working, but it has served us well over the years. 2069 is just a regular building, and we are just regular people trying to help out with local real estate needs. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it here on Zaver Road.
