Venture Properties

Our office for Venture Properties is located over in Sector 4 on Paud Road. It is a pretty busy area and we have been working out of this same spot for a good bit of time now. The traffic outside can get a little loud during the afternoons, but we have mostly gotten used to the noise. We mainly deal with the buildings and small plots of land around this specific part of the city. We are not some big corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It is just a handful of us here trying to keep things organized and running. Usually, the main desk is covered in maps and old folders because there is always something that needs to be looked at. We do not spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us just by walking in or hearing about us from a neighbor down the street. Dealing with property on Paud Road means you meet all sorts of different people every day. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the phone, while other days it will not stop ringing. We just take it as it comes. We try to be honest about what we know and what we do not. It is not a complicated setup we have here in Sector 4. Just a few chairs and a lot of local knowledge we have picked up over the years.
