We are located in Zirakpur at Sco3. It is a busy spot, especially with all the new buildings coming up nearby lately. I have lived around here for most of my life, so setting up the travel and foreign services business felt like the right move. The office is just a simple room with a couple of computers and a printer. We deal with a lot of paperwork for people wanting to go abroad. It is not just about booking a flight; there are a lot of forms and things that people get confused by. We try to help with that part. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until the backup kicks in. My brother helps out on the weekends when it gets busy. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People just know where we are. Usually, the desk is covered in papers and empty tea cups. It looks a bit messy, but I know where everything is. The sign outside is a little faded from the sun, but you can still see it from the road. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students to families. It is interesting to hear where everyone is going. I do not really have a philosophy about it. We just provide the services people ask for and try to be honest about the costs. That is how we work.
