Varun Gaupta

Varun Gaupta is based right in the middle of everything in Sector 17. If you know Chandigarh, you know that Sector 17 is the heart of the city. It’s always packed with shoppers, office workers, and students hanging out in the plaza. Being located here means there is never a dull moment. The office is in one of those classic concrete buildings that define the sector. Getting to work can be a bit of a challenge sometimes because of the parking, so I usually end up walking a fair distance from the car. The space itself is quite functional. We have a couple of desks, a computer that’s a few years old, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. It’s a high-energy environment because of all the activity just outside our window. We hear the music from the plaza and the constant chatter of people walking by. Our day is usually filled with meetings and quick phone calls. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small nameplate. It feels good to be in the center of the action, even if it gets a bit overwhelming on the weekends. We often grab lunch from one of the nearby stalls and eat while we work. It’s a busy, sometimes messy way to run things, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts through the buildings and where to get the best coffee.
