Vantage Trade Fairs (P) Limited

We are located over in Sector 31 A of Chandigarh, specifically at House Number 502. It is a residential-feeling area but we use the space for all our trade fair planning. It is actually quite nice being away from the main commercial hubs because it is a bit quieter for thinking. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with floor plans and big posters for the next event we are helping with. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep green, though the heat makes it hard sometimes. We have a few desks squeezed into the main room. It gets a bit cramped when the whole team is in, especially when we have boxes of brochures piled up in the hallway. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors and people looking for booth space. Chandigarh is a planned city, so everything feels very orderly outside our door, even if things are a bit messy inside the office. We usually order lunch from a place nearby and eat while looking at spreadsheets. It is not a high-rise office building, just a regular house that fits what we do. We have been in Sector 31 A for a while now and the neighbors do not seem to mind the extra cars parked outside. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a steady way to spend the week.
