You can find us at 145 Sector 23 Phase II, right in the Ram Darbar Industrial Area. It’s a noisy place to be, with the sound of metal hitting metal and machines running all day long. We work with precision parts, so there is a lot of oil and scrap metal around the shop floor. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of grease. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the main workshop so we can hear ourselves think when we need to do the billing. We’ve been here in Phase II for quite a while now. The neighborhood is full of small factories and workshops just like ours. We don't have any big speeches about what we do; we just turn on the machines and get to work. Each day we are making bits and pieces for various customers who need specific things made. It takes a lot of focus to get the measurements right. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the life in an industrial area. We don't have any fancy robots, just good old-fashioned manual work and some reliable equipment. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know best. We just keep the production going and stay busy with the work.
